Aspen holds a special place in my heart, partly because of XGames, the pinnacle event of my sport, but mostly because I can justify spending too much money on good food in a bougie place like Aspen. And we did it big this year.
Idaho: number 1 global destination. Ok but on a real note, Idaho is seriously underrated. Maybe not the best spot for a foodie, but Idaho will bring out the granola in you.
Now before I became a professional foodie, I didn’t hold the highest views on Spanish food- bread, meat, and cheese. But we did Madrid right, and it changed my mind.
This summer ski training camp means long, hot days sunbathing on the snow, exploring the beautiful PNW, and swimming in refreshing rivers. Don’t forget good eats!
